Your vessel is Earth , what you see and everyone you meet is what you look like flipped inside out. This is why what we see in our reality changes as we bring ourselves into harmony within. Realizing we are all one and that when we judge anything outside of ourselves it's just us judging ourselves still. There is no separation, let go of the illusion
Stone circles
The Stone Circle shows us that a culture of peace isn't a pyramid of power, but a circle around an empty center. Peace emerges from the right balance between different beings and archetypes – it can never be achieved by excluding or fighting against any aspect of life.
New energy centers
Part of the template that I bring is our new energy centers with our advanced building blocks. Part of the design of the 7th hybrid race that is being developed.
While majority of you run chakras still unless you upgraded to the transmission centers like children born after 2004 are running which allows them to have improved communication with the system and be heart centered from
The get go. I hold something different in my core that allows for alternate potentials that will assist the human species through its evolution as multidimensional beings.
This is the heart center although it may be reversed image than what you will have.

7/7 was a monumental day for my own personal journey as well as Jason's. Sam drove up from
Avebury just to join us here at Castlerigg and assist me in my unfoldings. Such an honor 💕 it's been a long journey up and down and inside out and through the checkerboard of these constructs. I came from outside this construct and so I didn't arrive in the same fashion and with the same pieces. Sort of like the programmer for all programs crawling in through a hidden back door to get inside. I trusted me and all of you to help get me back out so that we can pull off this crazy mission we all came here to participate in. Today was a special day as my golden thread was finally brought in and my Corest heart song is now echoed back and seen and heard throughout all. Tears of joy fill my beingness 💕 so so grateful to all of you for your love and support and guidance and assistance when I needed it.
Castlerigg is an amazing energy area - as we each walked around on our own touching here and there , singing and resonating and mapping and unlocking all cocreating this masterpiece together. We were granted permissions from

The 3 of us then ventured to the fairy 🧚 steps where legend has it that if you can make it through the narrow passage without touching a see wall your wish will be granted. It is super narrow but it's really the high step up's that this off your balance and cause you to graze the side wall. Jason was able to do it successfully though. We played with the fairies, sang and danced and gave them rose petals from Europe they had asked for. Such fun.
Again it is an honor to be here with you all. The magic is really escalating now and all has begun again in this new chapter !

We spend our whole lives creating scenarios/ challenges for ourself to build up our courage, trust, adaptability, strength, self love. We've done such a great job. I've never felt stronger within. However there comes a moment when you realize you are strong enough and you no longer need to create stories to showcase your strength. This is where we switch from learning from suffering to learning in love. And we start creating new stories for ourself that reflect this new state of knowing within. A loved based reality.
You decide when you come to that realization within every part of your being. When you flip to the next page of the story and watch it all unfold.
You are strong enough 💪

Inside out
This quick trip back down to get inside out makes me laugh. It is all so biblical in its unfolding as we now go back into the cave ( gates of hell) for these 3 days to be " resurrected" As I'm shown grim reapers / demons/ and all the other creatures I go up to them and hug them or sit and ask them to join me for a picnic to say hi. I was talking to one and discussing our unique expressions and that we really are all just one. And I said today you appear like this and I appear like me but really we just look like this and I opened my heart and showed him that we are all just one, a particle of light traveling on a wave of experience. They all left after that and I got in a car and rode away on a wave to the next particle of experience 💕
The time is now to let go of all inter-fear-ence patterns that we have held so dear to us.
What a ride this has been , I am truly in awe of each moment and will keep sitting here watching it all unfold while I hold my still point knowing all is me and all is one. 💕

30 days of gratitude
This is for those who are in relationships that are having a hard time - some of you are being called to leave and create space and are having a hard time as feel you cant because of this and that limiting belief- kids, finances, where to go. If you choose to stay then the alternate choice is to adjust your perspective of the relationship. We do this by not focusing on all the things we don't like or are unsatisfied with. Remember where our focus goes our energy flows. So if you are only seeing the things you don't like then the universe will continue to bring you that frequency. So change your reality within and you'll see it reflected back.
An exercise to try from the book The Secret - write down each day all the things you appreciate and are grateful for in your partner for 30 days and see what changes around you. Notice the reflections.
You are worth the effort 💕
Again - I highly recommend the audible or film- The Secret so you can claim your reality back. You are so powerful , let go of the fears and limitations. We can only change ourselves to gain new vantage points. Everything around us is just a reflection of our own self love. 💕

Rising out of the ashes
I keep laughing at how our environment mirrors our inward journey. We left Sedona and had planned to go to the Flahstaff furest area which I visited before and was one of my favorite forests. However on arrival to Flagstaff town we found the energy to be compromised and we were told to vacate fast. So we went to the far forests to find it had mostly been burnt down. It reminded me of a Phoenix rising from the ashes. So the next morning we just stayed driving not knowing where we were to land and was guided towards Bryce Canyon area. So we find a magical spot overlook Red canyon and again there must have been a recent gyre. This one less severe but every tree had fresh ashes below it and could smell the ash. Rising again from the ashes within. So Thursday we went into Bryce and after a hike down and a few viewpoints we were guided to keep moving north. We landed at these Tabernacles lava cave in route to Salt lake city where we told to get to his moms which is sacred location. So as soon as we got to lava tubes we felt pushed to immediately get underground. So we tapped into the Agarthans that were there to assist us and climbed through the 3 caves in this Amado v journey of self as we brought all that was in the dark into light ✨ it was magnificent to unfold this energy within. As I came to surface I could see all the beings wanting to come out and play with us. Love the pic with the circle- yellow heart- and all the beings popping out to say hi 👋 once in van all the leprechauns and fairies came to hang out with us. It was a fun celebration 🎉
Now as we drive we have an alpha centurion ship with us - unclear the reason as I haven't worked with them prior although I have an aspect that has been one but it hasn't come up for me prior to draw wisdom from.
I am just in awe of this whole thing. Truly honored and so so grateful.

Day 2 Sedona
Day 2 Sedona Retreat
Wow! What another spectacular day here. We awoke to the Andromedans being our guides for the morning. We went to an old wise tree that had called to us near camp and did a personal session with Lori where new layers of sovereignty were attained accompanied by singing bowls to accent the journey. Was beautiful to be a part of. We then headed to Airport vortex which is a masculine vortex. As we walked around locating the strangest area we experienced pain our jaws due to old anger and tension pathways, at one point my neck felt like it was beheaded , hearts were palpating, lungs became harder to breathe. Another wise twisted tree assisted Lori said n transmuting the masculine energy into balance and suddenly all things felt clear and calm. We were guided that morning that we would be working with the Andromedan tablets and as we found a place to sit , 3 rocks came to us to represent the tablets. This was a project for the 3 of them and I had pleasure of holding space and observing it all. As they accessed these locked up tablets , writing began to appear and symbols came to all of them. It held DNA templates that contained some of the new building blocks that Gaia had just shared with humanity when we connected all who consented to her new Merkaba a few days prior. Suddenly Jason filled with Golden light head up and violet light below and entered into this total state of bliss as seen in his smile. Then John heard he was next and had the same gift given to him and again a total orgasmic state of bliss filled him. It was just so beautiful to behold these two in this state. After they transferred something to us ladies for further activation. We then went to the Kachina vortex which is an Infloeing vortex and where humans were birthed into creation possibly. The Kachinas are star people from Pleidiaes. As us girls approached I felt my womb and ovaries begin to cramp and Lori tapped into the ocean 🌊 energy as all our ancestors began to surround us. The boys were called to assist 3 trees and we were guided to find our vortex area. We found the hot spot and sat there and I tapped in to see what we were being requested to do. They said nothing and the boys would have something to share with us. As we both sat there with cramping wombs , laughing and in joy of all that has unfolded since the 4 of us connected together. We were told to go lay on the rock opposite each other and allow them to do some sacral healing. We laid there and received this beautiful gift that will continue to unfold in perfect timing. Again we were just in awe-amazement at the days events.
At camp we had fun seeing into the static and looking at the stars. I started to feel weird and suddenly disconnected. I was told the pleidian were doing a system upgrade so I was being tuned out for a moment as I'm like the computer holding the program. I rode out the weird feeling and as I laid in bed I felt myself phasing out, like my body was disappearing. I called out to see if Jason was feeling anything but he was sound asleep.

There is an amethyst crystal below this area that we had connected into prior as well as with another client just 2 days prior in a session. After I realized that we were at the purple crystal location which must have assisted with the crown opening energy for all. What a neat event to observe.
Layer that night more magic unfolded as the mantis sat around us and we were shown light language that prior had been Kept to just those 2. Upon looking at it. I Was told to look up at sky and I saw a being hand us a box and gave the contents to John which he has stored for now.
What a great first day to behold. It was so fun learning about different lives that we shared together prior and how our energetics have been brought together always in large t synchronization to do what it is we all uniquely do at this moment of now.

The night it all began ...
This photo is from March 26, 2018. The evening all this found me as a world was created over the course of an evening from the magma layer to the surface. Whales, otters, falcons oh my. So much unfolded that evening I stayed in that hole in a rock in Utah at my sacred place. I was told the green at that time that the green would be next. Which now we know to be the heart frequency that is leading this show now.
At that time I didn't even really know the world spiritual or about any of this. Just that I was part of creating a new world and right after I began to be able to be in 2 places at once at the same time with my eyes open. Also the most magnificent colors that told me the most amazing stories. I truly had no idea what was occurring as I could find nothing like it online. I questioned for a year of if I had a brain tumor but being a medical provider it didn't seem to match as it would only happen if I was calm. So many amazing things unfolded , I could see through walls into the sky and even through Jason and trees. I could freeze time and every particle and much much more. It was amazing. As I began to learn what was occurring and who we are , it all faded away and most of my gifts disappeared. I really miss those abilities and the quantum graphics designer I knew was inside me but have learned to honor that I choose to go through a reset of sorts because in nothing I had everything. I had to become an empty vessel so that new ways of being could find me. It is with great honor that I am here in this now moment fully anchored into my heart frequency. Since that time I've been allowed to that world only a couple times. One was to terraform it and it is spectacularly beautiful. The most gorgeous sceneries I have ever seen. And another time to add in the rotation of the planet with my electric pink energy that I am. It's all still a bit of a mystery to me and I've been down many rabbit holes throughout this journey of me. I've long since stopped needing to understand or even really care about what unfolds as I trust in who I am and my intention of frequency in the reality that I am creating.
I am a Phoenix that has burned it all down and am rebirthing into this new magnificent me. I am so grateful for every moment. I lost all of me along the way and have found a new me every moment. Such love in my heart. I truly am honored to be here with you all in this moment. What an Ana ing experience we have the opportunity to be a part of.

Discernment
To those reaching out for guidance from others. Be aware of who you are letting into your field. These are new arenas for all of us and it's a learning process. Many are picking up entities as the provider isn't aware that their own field isn't cleared. You think you are getting help and walk away with new attachments. Be Leary of those who want to heal you. That indicates that they still see you as broken and needing repair.
What we need to remember is that you are already activated, whole and complete. You need nothing than to realize it within.
If you want someone to tell you a story about how you aren't enough and you're less than what you are than the matrix will bring you a person to tell you that story.
Many of these healers have the best of intentions and are working within their current frameworks of their own journey. I'm not sure if they realize that's exactly what they are doing. They see people as broken and therefore want to heal them. Hence all the healers in the world for all the "suffering" broken people.
If we look at people as whole and not broken then healing is no longer needed. We can guide people along their path, help empower them to look within themselves, offer fresh perspectives, assist energy flow and encourage them to become conscious creators.
We get to choose our experiences and who is cowriting our story with us. Use discernment. Trust your intuition. Follow your heart. If something feels off, heed that feeling. It's ok to simply not respond to someone, to just block someone without saying why, to let anyone go who just isn't in attunement with your current energetic vibration. After all it's only you.
Love you. We don't have to do this alone, we benefit immensely from guidance from mentors and friends. Learn to empower yourself by the choices you make and who the cowriters of your reality are.
Heart wide open
Wow! What a neat place to arrive to these last 3 days. A place within where you can keep your heart open regardless of others vibrations. It doesn’t mean you still aren’t triggered briefly and that you don’t react at times. When you do though you walk away with a smile on your face and joy in your heart regardless. You have honor for your own journey and the totality that is you and you honor the journey and where each individual is at in their own journey. Let them have their story. I choose unconditional love and happiness. I choose to keep my heart open no matter where the pendulum swings on the polarity stick.
What fun this all is 💕 Bliss and joy are the frequency I choose.
Rising
Be soft on yourself and those around you. Each of us is digging in and fighting our own shadows. You can't do it for them as they have to choose it for themselves themselves but we can be aware and give them the space and support to see what's truly coming up for processing within. Don't take anything personally, it's not about you. Be patient, don't react to the shrapnel being thrown at you. It's just misdirected energy as they find their way back to their truest self. Give them a hug and let them know they got this. That they are doing great and it's alright to kick and scream as it all gets burned down. Honor those emotions as they will be repurposed as you reinvent yourself and learn to direct that energy in new ways that have yet to be revealed. Be there for your loved ones , don't absorb their energy. It's not yours to have. Trust they are working it out on their own schedule that's perfect for them. We are rising. Yes it's messy to behold but it's an incredible journey that I am happy to be on.
Master Puppeteer
Being an observer and no longer directing energy means not only have you cut your own puppet strings and freed yourself but that you then cut the strings of all that you have been the master puppeteer of.
Finding others
Source always brings me just the energy I need. We had the opportunity to meet up with our van life friends from the festival. The most inspiring brave single woman travelers who all met each other in this adventure to Baja. When you're at a point in your journey where you're told to just be and observe and no longer direct energy. It gets a bit odd feeling as we've been focusing so much on healing and finding you me truly is. Now that I am I just get to be me. Meeting this amazing group of ladies plus the 2 guys there has shown me how much magnetism is increasing and how our community in real face to face meetings is ramping up. And to be conscious and aware and open to exploring themselves just fills me with so much joy in what we as a whole are creating together. To watch it unfold is just brilliant. It renews my optimism and why love is the answer to it all. This group holds no judgements and allows each to express themselves freely and openly. It's been quite beautiful. And I enjoy the opportunity to have full conversations so that I may continue to expand and evolve. Beyond grateful for this meeting of souls 💕
Snorkeling
We stopped by Cabo plumo reef area / arbilitos cove for some snorkeling and what a treat !! So many fishies. At least 30 different species. Just spectacular to behold.
Even when not in the water they are surrounding me, so many sea life spirit guides by my side night and day. Thank you all for your wisdom and insights and support. Swimming effortlessly through the ebbs and tides 🐳🐠🐟🐋🐢
We arrived in Cabo a day early per universal guidance and are having fun townie days eating veggie sushi , sipping sake mmmmm, last night had the most yummy pizza. Every now and then it's nice to have someone else do the cooking and make foods you can't really make yourself on the stovetop.
Just loving life , instant manifestations , observing the glow and just being me.
