Respecting everyone’s time and energy is essential. If you are running late or need to cancel and do not notify us 24 hours prior we have the right to retain your payment.

For courses, you can have a full refund up until we have started our first session. After the first session has ended, you will not be entitled to any refund or monies claimed thereafter.

All counseling and education sessions are for entertainment purposes. There is no guarantee that you will be satisfied with our services.
