30 days of gratitude
This is for those who are in relationships that are having a hard time - some of you are being called to leave and create space and are having a hard time as feel you cant because of this and that limiting belief- kids, finances, where to go. If you choose to stay then the alternate choice is to adjust your perspective of the relationship. We do this by not focusing on all the things we don't like or are unsatisfied with. Remember where our focus goes our energy flows. So if you are only seeing the things you don't like then the universe will continue to bring you that frequency. So change your reality within and you'll see it reflected back.
An exercise to try from the book The Secret - write down each day all the things you appreciate and are grateful for in your partner for 30 days and see what changes around you. Notice the reflections.

Again - I highly recommend the audible or film- The Secret so you can claim your reality back. You are so powerful , let go of the fears and limitations. We can only change ourselves to gain new vantage points. Everything around us is just a reflection of our own self love. 💕
